Boron Radiation high density polyethylene Shield

5% Boron HDPE radiation shielding sheets are specially designed for nuclear shielding applications. They are composed of 5% Boron by weight, while the rest of the sheet is made of HDPE. The Boron in these sheets shields against neutrons in a wide array of applications, including X-rays, nuclear submarines, cancer treatment facilities, and nuclear power plants. At a lower cost and lighter weight than lead, HDPE radiation shielding sheets can be used to replace lead in nuclear shielding applications. Available offer certified and inspected material.

Radiation shielding specialty-grade HDPE is a suitable replacement for lead where nuclear shielding materials are necessary.
